Does Obama and wife have American Values?
Is Obama ready for Prime Time President? Does he have the values as President and Commander-in-Chief? What about Mrs. Obama as First Lady? I have some doubts whether they are ready to become the Leader of the only superpower in the world. It’s nothing hugh or erotic. Nor do my doubts hinge on whether his background is un-American. It’s just that it appears that Obama has no pride in this country. Although not required, he does not wear an American lapel pin like many others do. Nor does he, during the playing of the National Anthem , put his right hand over his heart, as is required by law; when wearing civilian clothing. If he can’t do the simple things to show his allegiance, how can I trust him in the larger things? His friendship with the Weatherman Group member William Ayers; a self-confessed bomber of the Pentagon, the NYC police Dept and has declared war upon the United States, concerns me greatly. The endorsement of Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam; who is an avowed anti-semite and anti-white, is someone that he should vigorously reject and denounce.
A question for all Americans is “didn’t your mother or father ever tell you that you are judged by the company you keep?”
I also have some difficulty with Mrs Obama as First Lady of this nation if she has no pride in this country. She has had more options and privileges than most Americans for attending not one but two prestigious universities and acquiring degrees from both. She is obviously blessed with the required brain power. Mrs Obama, are you not proud that both white and black representatives did vote for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965? Did you not swell with pride when Americans landed and walked on the moon in 1969? What about pride that your parents were given the opportunity so that you could afford to attend such prestigious schools? By the way, why did it take you two days to “clarify” what you meant?
Additionally, your Princeton dissertation, under your maiden name, appears to delineate a separatist frame of mind. If you are a believer in separation on the “races” how can you be a positive influence for all Americans?
These are small things but they raise doubts in me about Obama’s capability to become President of the United States. I won’t even mention that he would talk, without conditions, with anyone who is an avowed enemy of this country and has been or is actively murdering citizens of this country; let alone to negotiate with them about anything. Apparently he would go to them without an agenda. That would be disastrous for the USA. Mr. Obama to travel to an enemy’s camp without preparation is an admisssion of weakness on our part.
I won’t mention also that he still hasn’t told us how much his new “entitlement” packages are going to cost us taxpayers. I am really interested in how much more money will be taken from me because of liberal socialism. Yes. I said Socialism. But that’s a topic for another commentary.
